Microsoft is on track to outsource more than 1,000 jobs a year
to China, according to blistering evidence released yesterday
in Microsoft's increasingly nasty spat with Google over an
employee who jumped ship in July.

In a revelation that highlights the complexity of China
President Hu Jintao's visit to Seattle and Microsoft on Monday,
legal filings detailed claims of how Microsoft had offended the
Chinese government by not outsourcing as many jobs as promised
to Chinese technology vendors.

Actually its a very smart move on their part. China is definitely the next big market, by outsourcing a good portion of their operation in China they are getting themselves entrenched in that new market, and with the kickbacks they will be getting from the Chinese government that will definitely put them into a good position to further their stronghold over a market that will eventually be bigger than the US.

Very smart move, as long as they can properly pull it off.

People think its their right as Americans to get goods at cheap prices and companies its their right to fuck employees. The question they dont think about you keep outsourcing jobs less and less descent paying jobs in this country who is going to buy your shit? People in America feel they dont have to give back to the country that gave them the ability to make all the fucking money.I hope Google comes out with thier own os and fuck microsoft.

Microsoft supports the American economy by buying $10 billion a quarter in US Government debt. That is nothing compared to the Chinese central bank. They buy $25-35 billion dollars a quarter. Who do you think is supplying the cash for the Iraq War?
