what i dont get is that there is a big supply of the heavy crude oil but prices still driven up.. (besides stupid fears of hurricanes)

While not textbook definitions. You could associate Greed. Monolopilistic strategy and price fixing within the business that puts the consumer at a huge disadvantage.

I like the idea that guy had with making cats into fuel. They grow fast and they multiply like rabbits. Hmm, they should just use rabbits or chickens or something like that.
