Sounds like a great deal. Not that it matters on a primary residence to much but how has the areas market been appreciating last few years? It seems really reasonable for a place like that and such an awesome view

brizzad 09-18-2005 11:23 PM

that's a place that will get a lot of vagina :)

V_RocKs 09-18-2005 11:28 PM

Awesome pad, Trey. I'm glad the excellent conversions of Epic's BYOT Hood Honeys II contributed to that. Hood Honeys Tour 2 kick SERIOUS ASS!

Whats the H for?
I am still jealous even though I could afford it. Sucks to live in an inflated real estate market. I need to move :2 cents:

Great place. Was it a custom build or was it recently built for someone else? The proportions look great.

Rinaldo 09-19-2005 06:23 AM

I was thinking about tx also. great place to move to !

Pete-KT 09-19-2005 06:41 AM

Very nice house congrats

Alex From San Diego 09-19-2005 06:42 AM

Nice place but if I was to critique it, I would say average at best when it comes to the architectural elements relative to form versus function. Seems a little cut up to me by the pics provided. The kitchen and master bath are a little sterile for my taste relative to the use of materials used. My first impression of the facade gives the feeling of well rooted and that is what I would expect the interior elements to be perceived as but again from an architectural stand point, it falls short. Please tell me that is not Pergo flooring either.

The views are great and the property itself is nice piece of land. Good luck and many years of happiness with your new place. It has a lot of potential.

Barefootsies 09-19-2005 06:49 AM

Looks festive.

:thumbsup

Rui 09-19-2005 06:49 AM

Sosa 09-19-2005 07:35 AM
