The new cobra is going to spank those M series.

They use untuned Ford GT engines but are going to offer the GT tune via Ford Racing.

The new Mustang is clearly a winner all around. It's a typical American sports car with raw horsepower and sloppy handling. You can buy a faster / better sports car (such as the Corvette), but you'd be spending twice as much.

I think the Saleens and Cobras are a dime a dozen these days. If your interesting in something new, consider the Mustang Shelby GT 500....

If you wanna keep it American then get yourself a nice low mileage 2001-2002 Dodge Viper RT-10. Or maybe even a 2002-2003 Vette.

My neighbor has one, its been in the shop at least 5 times since he got it in the spring. I told him to get a new one under the lemon law but he loves it anyway.

I just got back from the dealer, was looking at the 400hp supercharged '05 Saleen.. It's sooo sexy. Only problem is they only had 2 and if I want to custom order it's going to take a very long time.

I've had four brand new Mustangs in five years, plus two Ford trucks - and never had a single problem. I honestly believe it's just the luck of the draw.

The shelby GT500 looks nice. Not much of a fan of the convertible stock mustang. But the shelby is sexy!
