One of the things I've been working on, is automated code enforcement of sig file size in KB. I now have the code ready to go, but I have not implemented it "yet". I'd prefer NOT to have to take such a measure.

I don't want to be a "Sig Nazi", but yes I AM keeping an eye out on such things to keep the board running smooth. NO!, Headless nor any one else "requested" me to take such an action, but it's MY job to keep GFY up and running.
