6 weeks. Walked a few hundred miles in the Spanish Pyrenees. My knees are now wrecked, but at least chicks dig it.

30lbs walking ? Man, you must of had NO movement before u started. lol.

Try walking 10 hrs a day for 6 weeks in the mountains with ~50 lbs on your back and see what happens.

I lost 8lbs this morning when I took a dump, however I more than gained it when I ate half a pig.

Congratulations. Not an easy thing to do.

I'm down to 169 now and yep it's true about the women.

Important thing here is if you lost 30lbs of fat or 30 lb of lean body mass... HUGE difference, skinny fat is almost worse than just fat.
