What are some good websites to find available talent?

If you find any Asian models in NorCal send them my way (I'll pay you a referral fee if I hire them).

Most of the models from NorCal came to me via word of mouth referrals (since I've been operating Asian niche sites here for over five years).

You can try your luck with OMP, but it's a cattle stampede there with lots of scam photographers.

The big agencies mostly have SoCal talent, so I either go down there to shoot or else fly models up here.
