Thx MacDaddy, but thats just the Techoverview doc, I meant the actual browser dl. I thought maybe sandman wouldnt mind sharing where he dl'd it. I saw/tried a few spots but they were the same just doc or they werent really the browser dl.

I dig it... no crashes so far but i've had problems with certain pages not working. A couple scripted store pages wouldn't work for me but I believe it's just a javascript limitation. The tabs will take some getting used to if you are a CTRL+W addict

Thing is, you can do crazy cool and useful CMS things with IE. Shit that won't work in FF no matter what you do. So as soon as IE 7 drops, FF is gone for me.

CTRL+W doesn't work? They gotta fix that before it drops...

They've always tried to boast of their inginuity with new stuff.... then a month later the news starts spreading... Security breeches, crashes, yada yada..

No it's still there, but it doesn't close the IE window anymore, it only closes extra tabs. So no CTRL+W for popups (if they get thru). CTRL+W does still work on explorer windows, so no fears there..

It worked for me without any probs , also dell version

you have to go to microsoft .com and download the toal and then go through the validation process, after that you can continue installing

When I tried the beta a bit ago it caused trillian to crash everytime it started.

thats where im trying to do the validation from, and im getting active x issues. but even when i go through their troubleshooting steps,, same problem
