It's been admitted that he used an emulater to "Save his progress". He saved his progress right before somthing hard was coming out so that if something did happen he could resume and the video recorder would have gotten rid of the screw up with out any notice.

Apparently he used an emulator to play this, saving *every* frame, so if he made a mistake he'd just "rewind". Then he stitched the 20,000+ frames together into this movie. Neat, but no great Mario skillz, just a LOT of time on his hands.

Mario 3 for sure . .racoon tail couldn't hold shit to the tanooki bear suit. God im a dork.
