Every second morning ive started to go down to the beach (2 minutes away) and pull up a shitty Crap trap i bought for next to nada......

5-7 Crabs every damn time and freeking HUGE ones at that!\
SO 100 bucks in crab fest every second night LOL :1orglaugh

well the bastards are like 2-3 pounds each so yes its about that price if the trap is full :thumbsup

There is some crab here (long island) and I'm 4 houses from the water, but you would have to be crazy to eat shellfish from this water.

Nothing better than fresh crab meat and hot butter...mmmmmm....

Last week at Ruth's Chris I had them prepare a filet "Oscar style" which means they essentially top it with two small crab cakes and a few asparagus spears, and it was sex on a plate. One of the best meals I've ever eaten in my life.

you can legally have 2 traps here in florida without a license

i can get abut 2 dozen a day here of blue crabs. i also get the stone crabs sometimes (they are the best) better than lobster

on the stone crabs you just remove one claw and throw him back in and he will grow another

I get Dungeness crab here, tasty fuckers....better then lobster for sure.
