Do you sometimes wish you were just an affiliate of your own program?
 

I mean sometimes my affiliates almost take away more money than I do in a month (Since I only take what I need) but all they have to do is promote. They get all the good stuff and Im stuck with all the headaches. Program owners like me do so much more for so little money. We really do. If there was only a way I could keep 100% of the money we made, I would be a very rich man but we all know thats never going to happen.

i feel you man, there is so much stress and headache for small programs like me.... getting off the ground is proving to be quite challenging

I mean when your starting out 1,000 sales is cool and all but if your only making $6 profit from each, thats only $6,000 a month. Thats enough to get a family by living moderately. Its not until your doing the 10,000 sales per month when things start to look sexy, that would be $60,000 profit per month instead. When you move up like that you actually will probably be working way less but making alot more.

We have a small program as well, and are working on making some changes, and want to add a lot of new fresh faces. The thing that you are not thinking about is that 1,000 sales is cool and all but if your only making $6 profit from each, thats only $6,000 a month. is not what is going to happen. Remember that there is hosting. 200$ maybe more, maybe less. There is new content. And that can get pricy, so that 6k is now down to more like 4200, and maybe below that.

I agree sometimes. Affiliates make a lot more per sale then I ever will at my own program. They also have a lot less expenses and headache.
