Directory + forum site (for gambling)
 

Hi,
I would like to talk to an expert in the gambling type sites. I would like to make a gambling directory site, with a mailing list & a message board...

I would need advice, so if you can, message me over ICQ :)

Also, if you live in the province of quebec, do you know if its illegal to run gambling sites?
