How much bandwidth, help calculate..
How much bandwidth would a server use by streaming 128Kbps non-stop 24/7 in 1 month ?
|
its called a calculator.
Sometimes you really wonder around here. |

60*60*24*30*128=331776000 Kbits/per month
331776000/8 = 41472000Kbytes/per mont 41472000/1024 = 40500 MBytes 40500/1024 = ~39,5 Gbytes hm... maybe i'm wrong |

16kbytes/sec
960kbytes/min 57.6Mbytes/hour 1.3824Gbytes/day 41.472Gbytes per 30 days Actual transfer will probably be higher because of TCP/UDP/IP and streaming protocol overheads. |
Thanks for the help!
