Diesel technology has come a long way and is under utilized in the US. I grew up with Diesel cars in the family. I remember even being embarrassed about them growing up, but the new Diesel passenger vehicles are great, peppy and efficient. You'll be hard pressed to find boy racers using diesels at the local street race, but i'm sure that you could pump the horsepower out of those things with the right mods. They have HP bumps for passenger diesel trucks, i'm sure they could do the same with bigger turbos on passenger diesels.

If the greedy, monopolistic oil companies don't buy him out for $100 billion right now he should take this technology right to the top. This would be great if we could clean up landfills and recycle all types of garbage to make oil.
