C:\Documents and Settings\***USERNAME***\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Move over the .pst file to the new pc... i think that's it... just had to go through this a few weeks back, hit me up on icq if this doesn't do it and i'll try to remember if there was something else...

P.S. this is Oleg btw....

Always good to keep a backup of the .pst file. Sometimes they can get corrupted.

Had the same problem some time ago when I had to rebuild a PC. Luckily I could recover addy book, and all e-mails from back up on HD. Fairly simple, and one of the gents above provided you all the info. Takes a few minutes, and tada.

:thumbsup

Outlook -> File -> Data File Management -> Add

This allows you to have multiple .pst files if necessary.

It's also wise to make regular backups of your .pst files. Microsoft has an app just for this and it works rather nicely... http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
