I hear she's paying top dollar for a totally unnecessasry c-section (i doubt she's got a small birth canal at this point). The baby will probably be whisked off to nanny land the moment it's pulled out - only to see Britney for convenient photo ops.

Many celebs get C sections. They get them dangerously early even though their babies are not full term. :( In those last weeks you really swell and they have to look pretty for pictures.

While they are under for the Csection they get a tummy tuck and rest while a nanny raises their publicity stunt, I mean child.
