C'mon.. I hardly think the fact that a billing company's statistical interface is not functioning 100% makes them a "... fucked up processor..."

Downtime and maintenance are inevitable.... especially when a company is growning quickly. All that can be done is to contain it and prevent it from happening in the future -- and from my admittedly uninformed perspective, I think Kimmy and the rest of the crew over there are doing a pretty good job.
