Corpse Bride, am i the only one really looking foward to this movie?

Im sure im not the only one really looking foward to this new Tim Burton movie. Ive seen The Nightmare Before Xmas a dozen times, and this looks like it will be just as good as that was. Tim Burton comes up with some great stuff i just wonder how much acid he did to come up with some of these ideas. Anyone else looking foward to this movie?

jimthefiend 09-14-2005 11:44 AM

movie looks FUCKING awesome, TIM BURTON is fucking amazing in the first place and Nightmare Before Christmas was one of my alltime favs.

i really love claymation and claymation in the style of mind from Tim Burton will be amazing. i cant wait to see what Johny Depp is like when it comes to a "cartoon".

him and TB make a great team, when does it hit theaters?

Yeah you know me. To be honest it's not what you did to ME personally; it's what you did to certain OTHER affiliates. I think you're a tool for that.

I have some major issues with how you do business.

A fish has about a 30 second capacity to remember. People can do a bit better.

Want MY address so you can threaten to "out" me too?

If you still think you have a beef with me then so be it but i have no fucking idea who you are and have never done business with you or fucked over anyone while im in this business.

Both movies use stop motion animation. There actually is computer animation in both movies, but not in the characters, in some of the effects like smoke and fire, etc.

You should check out the toys Todd Mcfarlane did for the movie. They will release in month or so. They look great!

basschick 09-14-2005 09:16 PM

i can't wait for the movie... and here's something i think is VERY interesting about it, from imdb:

This is the first feature to be made with commercial digital still photography cameras (Canon SLR cameras with Nikon Lenses) instead of film cameras.

It's kinda cool, I was at the warehouse store. It's in the same complex where McFarlane and Al Simmons have their office. Al Simmons came in. Heh I saw Spawn today. And he was moving boxes around and stocking some inventory!
