ICQ frustration and drama
 

I just got a new computer. Yay me. Anyway, I set up trillian on this new machine and tons of my list is gone. If you were on my list message me again please.

I got rid of trillian on this machine and downloaded ICQ.

How do you get it to show Nicknames in place of ICQ #'s?

If you know the persons nickname all you have to do is right click their icq number in your list and go down to rename.

That's the problem. I don't know who anyone is solely by their number. I have hundreds in my contact lists and I knew everyone by their nickname.

Does ICQ support showing nicks as identifiers like Trillian does?

Can someone tell me how to get ICQ to display nicks instead of the numbers?
