12 hrs downtime
1 chat with support
3 phone calls to non-working phone numbers
3 icq's to non-existant owners
1 URGENT trouble ticket.

= Not one fuckin answer and a change of host for this virtual account.

Answer your trouble tickets im fucking flipping out here, let me pull my databases and you can have the rest.

I agree, i like them, and have had very little issues but having NO SUPPORT is ridiculous. The phone numbers dont work where i am (also told it didnt work from Detroit) and the chat support on site is a joke..10 hrs ago i was told "I'll get it down to tech"

Support tickets, emails, icq, there own site support and nothing..

Atleast tell me to fuck off, something.

I have no choice but to post this shit. Domains have been "Not Found" for way to long allready.

No support? Andrew's online. I know they got a dead switch but doubt they don't respond since I just spoke to them. Must suck bigtime for you, hope it recovers soon.
