MD5 Hash capture.......Network sniffing
 

There is Iris Network monitor but anybody have any other progs that will sniff and detect network happenings?

Why would you want to do that?

wep key decryption

If one was so inclined - there's some open source stuff for cracking that, but the one's I've seen require certain wireless cards using chipsets that can go into "monitor" mode to suck down enough packets to decrypt the keys.

or i'm totally off of what you are looking for *shrug*
