More than one instance of CUTE FTP?
 

How the hell do I do it...

It used to be no prob

works for me...I have a pretty old version from way back when I bought it. It still works well. I just click the connect button and everything is gravy.

how do i get smartftp to show the files on the left?
it only shows my local drive and directories... but not the files in them

I use filezilla. Never liked cuteftp. sorry, cant help ya. just thouht id give my :2 cents:

There should be tabs under your left pane, to show files or servers; right pane for destination directories / files.

For multiple upload instances, just create a new connection via the left pane. At least that's how CuteFTP Pro works for me.

I like the old version, what else do you need anyway. Just upload/download files. I'm running CUTE FTP version 2.6
