All their numbers are down and I can't get a reply nemail - does anyone know what's going on with them?

Verotel has ben working great for us for a long time now. Our account exec is great and questions are answered and resolved the same day.

Oops, didn't mean to open a can of worms folks, but Tom, having spoken with your company last week we are still waiting for information to be sent to us regarding your company. Roo spoke with Nicole on Thursday last week, an American chap phoned back on Friday and we're still waiting...

Theyve unique qualities that made everyone ran away, one day youll recognize these as well and leave to another processor

1. their signup and stats site is offline a LOT and Im not talking 5 mins, do a search here
2. they have ridiculous rules regarding registrations of companies dealing with Verotel
3. support takes ages
4. ever tried to actually SPEAK to someone from their fin dept?

No thanks, we're happy with ccbill, were ppl actually get paid on time and answer questions.
