How do you take a Screen Shot and Crop it?
 

How do you take a screen shot of a media player movie and crop it to a certain size like 75X75 or 100X125?

I have sony Vegas and Movie Maker

Any help would be appreciated.

Press printscrn button and paste into a new document in photoshop (or equivalent), crop.

..oh yeah, in order to do it my way, take hardware accelleration off from the settings.

Get frameshots ;)

Or you can do it liked TGF did, but it's a lot more work. Frameshots can pretty much auto ajust everything
