You should see the video of downtown. Traffic is bad enough then throw in that the traffic lights don't work and its is one hell of a snafu.

LOS ANGELES - A major portion of Los Angeles lost power Monday afternoon. Outages were reported from downtown to the San Fernando Valley.

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power did not immediately have an explanation for what happened.
