the center of a black hole is 100% black because not even light can escape it.
The picture you have is whats left of a black hole when its no longer "active"

Black holes have no color, hence they appear the color of space, which is black. That is if you look at the black hole in what is referred to as the "human optical spectrum". If you view a black hole in a different optical spectrum, then it will appear in whatever color the computer translates its energy properties to be.
