Little vbulletin trick , fake nicks beware :)
 

Such a silly little trick, but i thought i would share. Should work on most forum type systems.. When you make a post on a forum , the url you goto is formed with your post # in the url, so thus the referrer for a sig will be the ip and the post that made it :) no more curiosity of who the fake nick is :) make a script to check that info and you can just spit out names and ip's in a list.

I know a guy who did this with a sig about 2 years ago on GFY, found out the identitiy on a lot of fake nicks by looking at the logs his script had... He even had the capability for his sig to display "You are <so and so nick>"...
