How Religion Ruined the start of Football Season for me.
 

Got a phone call on Friday night from my dad saying that my mom was selected as a Church elder. She has been Uber Religious since I can remember and prays for me all the time. She is having her induction ceremony today at 2:30 and then a dinner to follow. I HAVE TO GO! There are no excuses to not show up other than wanting to chill with my friends, have a BBQ, and watch some good ole' Football.

Now I have to wear a suit and be stuffy all day instead! Thanks for nothing, Religion!!! :(

Why couldn't my mom be a Jehovah's Witness instead? I wouldn't mind missing college football on Saturdays as much as watching my Bucs! Or is that 7th Day Advents? Whatever, screw it. I'm pissed at Jesus right now.
