Contact one of your local community college art professors to see if there are any students that could reproduce it for you.

ask in india they'll replicate anything for a buck

Can they do it off the image posted above? There isnt an actual copy anywhere, and that poster is $1-2k as its an original, so we'd like a replica for $200~

unless someone replicates it by HANDPAINTING IT, no it cannot be done. if you blew up that tiny JPG, the poster would consist of nothing but HUUUUUUGE pixels.

my nephew has that poster on his wall.

I don't think maintaining the quality will be possible.
