Who created the first TGP and the first paysite?
 

I was curious what was the first pay adult site on the net and who was the first tgp?

I started in 98, then the big tp's where

tommy's and link o rama.

the big paysites where.

underworld and karas playground.

No idea who was first though.

There was a time LONG before 98 that ScottPb's & Shadow's PBits.com was the 6th most searched site on the internet.

Scott told me when he was doing TGP's there were only 30 peeps on the net doing the same.

Something from Ron L perhaps would have been close.

back in the times, like 97 or 98, Adultbuffet claimed to be the first TGP ever. Tommy's became a TGP hybrid in 2001 or so. The Hun was a mix of TGP, paysite cracks and anything related to porn. There was a russian site with this schema, but including a lot of illegal content, don't remember the name tho.

About paysites, not sure, I'd say Kara's or any of those ultrasomething sites, the guys who paid 20 cents per click (xpics was the name?) babylon-x or cybererotica are between the first ones, but I know everything started with small, amateur driven sites at first. I'm talking like 93 or 94

I was selling content to a guy who was selling on the Internet over ten years ago. There was an Internet before World Wide Web, it was BBS sites and you downloaded a code that you put through a program to convert it to a picture.

Most of the content in the beginning was stolen, because they did not know where to buy it from.

The first tgp was thehun and the first paysite was bangbus. That's how history will be written 1000 years from now.

al4a, thehun both started pretty early, so did pornno and adultbuffet, but if i remember right pic posts were before tgps and toplists before both of those.

First paysite, either cybererotica, or the ifriends guys, smutland was early also i remember a 4 letter one i cant think of that was around in 95-96 when i worked at an isp. Jordanlee had her porn site site up back then too.
