Any thoughts on having a rotating Pic of the day on the front of your site, good idea, yes/no, anybody with any experience to share?
Do you think it helps or hurts conversions?

I think that it would depend on the number of bookmarkers and type-in traffic to your site.

If you have a lot of those, then a rotating image would keep the site looking fresh and make people think that it is regularly updated.

i did, just gave up after 40 refreshes and only seeing fully clothed ugly girls

pic of the day works really well. it gets people coming back. 75% of my traffic is direct address/bookmarked and I've got ~12% of my traffic bookmarking each day.

something tells me that that chick has a not so pleasant face. but hot ass nevertheless
