Do you eat Breakfast?
I eat as much fresh fruit as possible, but most of the time...I skip it and eat a big lunch.. :)

1 packet Met-Rx mixed with orange juice. Thats all I ever eat for breakfast.

One of the more useful things I learned in college was that a slice of cold pizza made an excellent breakfast. :thumbsup
But my favorite when I'm not too lazy is the cholesterol-enriched "Big Breakfast" at a local diner. Three eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, grits, short stack of pancakes, a biscuit, and coffee. Of course, after all that, I have to go back to bed for a while. :1orglaugh |

I try to eat breakfast as much as possible, even if I wake up late. 4 to 5 days each week I'm having whole grain cereal, wheat or rye toast, some fruit or fruit juice, and of course coffee.
Usually one day a week I'll cook up a big breakfast of sausages, my signature spicey hash browns, scrambled eggs, toast and coffee. Breakfast is important. |

after i awake im not hungry for hours and cant eat much. but when i go out drinking all night, i like to get breakfast at like 5-6 am and can wolf down a big tasty table full of pancakes, eggs, bacon and sausage, and either hash browns or fresh fruit, and a liter of fresh squeezed orange juice. mmmm mmmm.

I don't usually eat breakfast. If I do, I get hungry for lunch earlier, and I get hunrier for lunch than if I don't eat breakfast.

Keep skipping breakfast and it will eventually take it's toll on your health.
Same with not drinking enough water. Most people don't, and over time it will catch up with them. Eat a good breakfast Drink plenty of water ...and exercise once in a while. Jeez, do you want to end up being a fat wrinkled unhealthy pile of shit? :D |

I sleep all day because of my work hours so i miss breakfast..i eat twice a day

I consider breakfast my first meal of the day, whenever that may be. So yes, I eat breakfast everyday. :glugglug

Every morning I consume the same breakfast:
-1 protein shake mixed w/ water -1 bowl of Fiber1 with 1cup skim milk -1 yoplait fat free yogut -1 bottle of water This is after 30-45min of cardio. |

i eat 6-7 times a day (to keep my metabolism up since i sit down all day).
bowl of cereal for breakfast fruit or veggie sandwhich on wheat bread fruit or veggie low-fat 3 course dinner (small portions) w/ non-fat yogurt & fresh strawberries for dessert 94% fat free popcorn for a late snack |
I always eat breakfast... because breakfast is the most important meal of the day... I cant even work good if I dont have a breakfast... it gives a headache!

I usally eat breakfast but havent done it recently just been eating alot of junk food and it's really starting to show :(

for the last 3 weeks I have been eating breakfast every morning along with 4 other small meals through out the days and I have lost 7 lbs so far, my goal is to lose 30lbs by January, so im 1/4 of the way there so far
