Loadbalanced Dual Processor Machines 100megabit..

Who can give me 3-4 machines w/dual proc (2.8 to 3.2ghz) xeon boxes with 1-2 gigs of ram and 120+gb of space?

Needs to be on a loadbalancer so the load is spread across boxes and has failover if one dies.
