Programmers ? DOS or PERL open window without waiting
 

I need to open 30 windows and run something...

c:\perl\bin\wpy.pl 1
to
c:\perl\bin\wpy.pl 30

How can I open 30 windows WITHOUT perl or dos WAITING for each window to finish before opening the next window?
