Nikki went to the Phoenix show with Tiffany to meet webmasters in order to get them to promote the site she had been working on with Tiffany. They had been working on it for weeks and had close to 50 sets shot as well as video. She got along great with your girls so one of YOUR employees started talking in her ear telling her how she'd never make any money with Tiffany compared to what she'd make with Lightspeed. She was introduced to you and to your photographer. You asked if she had a contract and she said she did not. That was true. Tiffany only had a model release. She didn't think she needed to fear you stealing a model from her (This is Tiffany, my cousin, from TiffanyParis.com by the way for those who don't know). Tiffany didn't think she'd have to worry about the guy who was nice enough to work with her on a site.

I had recommended Tiffany to work with you on her own site because I liked and trusted you at the time and thought she'd fit well with you. Then you slap me in the face by fucking my cousin over by stealing her model.

Nik is Steve's photographer. Nik has started his own program, Bimini Bucks, without being fucked over by Steve (that I know of anyway). So Tiffany shouldn't have had to worry about being fucked by Steve either.

But Steve basically has been holding the site over her head (TiffanyParis.com) to keep her from telling her side of the story.

Now Steve is saying in this thread that he's going to pull her site? Why? Because he won't admit it was wrong to steal a model from her simply because she had a 5 page release instead of a "contract". Yep, it was dumb to trust Lightspeed and take a model to a show to party and mingle with webmasters without an actual contract.

Then, to top it all off Steve won't buy the content she's spent weeks shooting. He offers here the measly $1,000 referral fee and tells her to take it or leave it.

There's a lot more details to the story than this but they've already been discussed before and I don't want to do so again.
