Canoga Park, Ca. ? There is a government allegation that a performer known as Seduction, whose real name may be Mieke Jackson, was underage while performing. Caution is recommended, as we are aware that there have been multiple performers using the name Seduction, but during this investigation, it is advisable to remove all content with Seduction, and seal it for attorney review and consultation. As the Free Speech Coalition gets additional information, we will post it on our Website.

Government Allegations of Underage Actor Working in Porn

Los Angeles, CA ? YNOT has learned that the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) is investigating another possible ?Tracy Lords situation? in the adult industry; an underage model performing under the name Seduction allegedly appeared in a ?substantial number? of adult productions in recent years.

The African-American model, whose real name is reportedly Mieke Jackson, has appeared in videos produced by a variety of adult video companies, including Devils Films, West Coast Productions, Jake Steed Productions, Red Light District, Hustler/Larry Flynt Productions, Ed Powers Productions, Rain Productions, Celestial and Fat Dog.

The Government alleges that Jackson was underage at the time of at least some of her performances; YNOT has not been able to determine when Ms. Jackson first began performing in videos, nor has it been determined whether she is currently of legal age. According to sources close to the ongoing investigation though, the FBI alleges that Jackson was as young as 14 years old when she appeared in her first feature.

Sources also say that the photographer/producer contacted by the FBI does have a California-issued ID on file for Jackson; it is not known whether the ID actually belongs to Ms. Jackson (some have speculated that it could be a family member?s ID), but the ID itself is reportedly a valid form of ID.

Although the Government?s allegations concerning Jackson?s age and minor status have not yet been confirmed, adult webmasters may be wise to remove any and all materials featuring Seduction pending completion of the investigation. A partial list of titles Seduction appears in is listed below, with the name of the production company listed after each title.

We've learned a few more details, as well:

She worked with a modeling agency called "Exotic Connections" and an agent named Ron Ellis.

The birth date on the ID supplied was 7/22/82.

She has also appeared on some websites under the name "Chantae" (as was earlier speculated in this thread, sounds like the same model as the TCG site).

We're still not sure when she first started performing, or what the full list of titles she appeared in is. In fact, since originally posting the story, it has come in to question whether the "Seduction" featured in the videos on the list I included is even the same "Seduction" in question.... so, to be safe, I'd say pull any and all titles with a model named "Seduction" featured, and then sort out if it's the same person later on.

The redlight dvd she's on shows the date of production in 2002, making her "15" and on the articles online it says her career started when she was 14.. Crazy stuff.

If that's how the facts shake out, it is indeed crazy stuff.

Again, at the moment, things are still a bit unclear - there have been a number of performers who have used that same name, so it's not 100% certain that all those titles have the same "Seduction" in them.

A whole lot of people are gathering info on this right now, and I'm sure the "which Seduction is this?" questions will be sorted out in short order.

We all know that it really doesn't do shit, but this situation seems percectly timed and it can be used against the adult industry. It has been speculated before that the Tracy Lords situation was a set up so I wouldn't doubt that this could be the same.

well the FSC lawyers have already used Traci Lords as evidence that 2257 is pointless. if this girl had a legit ID, it just further proves that 2257 suppresses free speech while doing nothing to protect minors. if she had a legit ID, all those producers were fully 2257 compliant.

but let's hope this story turns out to be nothing, anyway.

fsc lawyers are actually using the tracy lords example as evidence that 2257 only censors free speech without protecting minors. and it's true. Lords had a legit ID as did this girl (according to available info), and all those producers were fully compliant.

Checked our sites and we have not shot her. (exploitedblackteens.com or blackteenseeker.com) she has not graced our site. but funny thing is everyone always gets on us about asking for 2-5 forms of ID but we just do this to cover our asses. This is our way of protecting our asses. If this really was a conspiracy, it would probably go something like this....

Undercover government agents "hang out" with this girl at a club and talk her into doing porn. They also tell her that they'll handle getting fake ID's. Then they set up shoots that get her into the industry. After some time, the FBI is tipped off and told to investigate.
