Countries donating to Katrina victims

Proud to be an Aussie. We donated $10 million. (roughly US$8 million).

I looked through the list of other countries that donated $.

You guys don't seem to be liked very much.

It's funny everyone I talk to don't even talk about other countries helping but any that do is a nice and appreciated gesture. :thumbsup

Russia $760,000 in goods
Singapore - 3 helicopters
Cuba - 1000 doctors
Venezuala - cheap fuel
Canada - 1 shipload of aid
Sweden/France/Germany/Italy/Netherlands - offer of relief workers
Spain - to release fuel

Too many countries not on the list and many of them could be considerably more generous.

it is good to hear that in times like this everyone meets in one same goal...to help.
