    Countries donating to Katrina victims

    Proud to be an Aussie. We donated $10 million. (roughly US$8 million).

    I looked through the list of other countries that donated $.

    You guys don't seem to be liked very much.

      Thanks... We love Aussie's over here.

      It's funny everyone I talk to don't even talk about other countries helping but any that do is a nice and appreciated gesture.

                  From abroad, offers and commitments have flooded in from 55 countries, including in recent days the Philippines, Iran, which is waiting for an official request from the US, the European Union, a regional charitable fund based in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Singapore, Thailand, Israel, the Czech Republic, Britain and Greece.
                  seems like a pretty nice sized list to me

                                                  Your facts aren't current..Canada sent/sending alot more then that.There is more red tape involved and we are held in limbo for now
