I voted Yes, because of the singular opinion that fucking around, smack talkin', and even personal flaming is forgiveable... but the shit space pulled this morning is over the top.

I have never voted for anyone to be banned before.... but this one he earned.

Well, being as posting on a bbs is a PRIVILEGE and not a right.... I would hafta say that privilege was abused in a loud way this morning. It's not like he can't continue to do whatever he's doing... if he really wants to quit the biz, that's up to him.... personally, I think it's just another lame attempt at gleaning some sympathy and blow some smoke to try and cover up what happened. But I still happen to feel he has thoroughly raped his privilege when he starts posting accusations of cp at random because of some temper tantrum about a link critique, and then goes on for 2 pages about how it was all a typo. (in 3 places)

I've thought about it.... and I still vote to ban his ass back to the surfer stage.

There's a difference between being an idiot, and attempting to label someone as a CP owner because they said your site sucked.

There comes a point at which you have to be held responsible for your own actions. A large part of the problems in this country are due to a lack of requiring people to be responsible for what they do.

I agree trying to label someone a cp pusher is way over the top, but it's part of it and if we ban him then we have to start banning everyone who says something that isn't so nice about someone else.

I think he did know, and when people jumped on him for making a baseless accusation, he got all defensive, attacked the entire board and changed his story not once, but twice now.
