Tenderz.Net - Looking for programmer to do a makeover.
 

http://tenderz.net is doing anywhere from 1:100 to 1:1000 depending on the day. I'd like to give it a makeover, however my programming and graphic skills suck ass.

I'll pay the right guy whatever it takes to get the site looking pimp.
