The members area features:

The members area is an open members area. This means that surfers can preview all of the sets and dates in the entire site. Surfers who try to click on a pic are redirected to the login page with a join link in case they are not a member. This is explained to the surfer on every page if he is NOT logged in. When he IS logged in, the notice is gone.
The surfer can navigate through the different categories, Videos to bonus etc at the top of the pages. If he keeps clicking "next" at the bottom, he will be randomly delivered to the first page of another category as if the site is never ending.
Members can vote on images and videos and add images and videos to their personal favorites.
The reason that members can see icons and thumbs in the same members folder as the big pic is that icons and thumbs are jpEg and big pics are jpg. jpg is not an allowed file type for non logged in users to view (they are redirected to login). This is easily accomplished on a mass scale by using a free file renaming script.
The cancellation script is ONLY accessible to logged in users because it sends a lower price offer in e-mail to ask them to stay.
Nice custom coded slide show feature that allows members to control the size and refresh rate of the full sized image in a hands-free environment.

The technical:

The 3 site package is best run on a dedicated box. We can provide hosting at OneWilshire on a dedicated box that is on a 100 Mb connection. The box comes with 250 gig burstable and you won't have to move the files or databases at all.

The site runs 2 main members scripts.

First, a content management script. This script automatically adds the content when specified. For instance, you can upload 100 sets and set updates to run at 2 per day and you will have updates for 50 days. Furthermore, you tell the script how long to use the content. You may tell the script to use the content for 4 months, remove it for 2 months and repeat. This keeps the site "moving" as the average life of a user is a little over 2 months. Thus, you have updates all the time of content that was pulled and reused. Each set in the members area can have an advertisement banner if you wish, but surfers previewing the site won't see them. Users must be logged in. This way the site doesn't look spammy.

The members site also has an active affiliate tracking script, nothing to brag about really, just that it works fine.

Other stuff:

The site has a lot of SEO work in image names and rotating content text descriptions and mouseover tags and alt tags which beg re-indexing.
The members script and the protection script can be configured to allow/run an unlimited number of pay sites on the same server. For instance, you could use all of the same content on 5 different sites or some content on 50 sites and different content on 1 or 900 other sites.
All templates are controlled through the admin interfaces.

All paysite and gallery promo images are watermarked. Niched content has a watermark png on the lower right corner and non-niched content has "This content is from XXXPierced.com members area" on the top of the image.
Content is easily batched in mass qty using 2 local scripts. Upload it, open the management interface and add it to the system with a few clicks.
Content continually rotates, even if you didn't do updates some content will rotate in if you tell it the frequency.
All watermarking is done automatically by the content script.
All thumbs and icons can be made by the content script, I don't let it do that. I make thumbs mass production with Arles because I make them square and same aspect ratio. I make icons manually because a script can't crop an image where I want it cropped.
Content size is currently over 7 gig. I will be uploading about another 20,000 images this week.
Some sets have over 450 images, (and a few have 20) the average size is probably 150 images per set, all of which the surfer can preview the thumbs for every image.
