A site, being part of a big program or just run by a single individual have nothing to do with the site having more chance at winning or not....

Of course, sites that are part of big programs sometimes have more quality content, are better designed, etc.... This might help though.

But judges don't care if the site is run by ABC Cash or Joe Shmoe, what they care is, is the site good or not... :thumbsup
