Pop goddess BRITNEY SPEARS bared her boobs in her new movie CROSSROADS - but the shots ended up on the cutting-room floor, according to reports.

Co-stars TARYN MANNING and ZOE SALDENA admit the hot babe's breast-flash in the final scenes of the movie were axed by top executives.

The scene was devised when the actresses were asked by screenwriter SHONDA RHIMES for advice on how to show their joy at winning a New Orleans karaoke contest.

The sexy trio put their heads together - and came up with flashing.

Taryn says, "Shonda asked, 'What's something crazy that you would do with your friends?' and we're like, 'Oh, flash people.' We got to write that scene in, but it got cut."

Taryn also confirms that 20-year-old Britney took part in the raunchy scene.
