You're not increasing the appeal or resale value of your car. It's an EX civic with extensive body damage. Get your car fixed up and then worry about adding to it.
How about this, buy a car that already has those features from the factory. Drive a nice car like a Mercedes, even if it's an old one, just so that you don't have to go messing with it.You deserve to make more money. I'll help you do that.
