Is Zango messenger adware or spyware?
 

It seems like I have to install a different instant messenger for everything.

Yahoo messenger
MSN messenger
ICQ
AIM
Skype.

Zango is supposed to bundle them all into one. So it looks like a great idea. But....

When I read the agreement it promises to hit me with advertising. And the last time I installed something like that I got screwed over with xxxtoolbar, slotch, etc.

So is anyone using it? And whats it like before I try.

Isn't Trillian still around? In the day they were pretty good for uniting all those programs

It is pretty invasive and was hard as hell for me to uninstall! Im pretty sure there are better ones out there, such as trillian and the like. :2 cents:

trillian works for me.

Gaim is an open source, nice as well

I would stick with trillian you dont want zango on your pc.
