Your opinion on site updates is wanted.
 

Let's say I want to add 1 scene every two weeks, but add 1/2 of the scene week.
Which do you suggest:
A. Add 1/2 the pics and video each week
or
B. Add the pics one week and the video the next week

Pics one week, video the next.

You want to always be stringing members along, helping them to "stay with me just one more rebilling cycle..." :)

I ussualy throw big updates once a month. Works fine

I think the photos one week( Update ) and then the video the next. But I would only tease with the HC photos, and post them along with the video.

i like doing one nice big update a week....a full set or full video

members don't like it when we put up half of one set now, then half later...they want to see the full set

For www.josiejunior.com we'll be doing updates twice a week .. 2 photo sets and one will have a Vid with it .... plus a web cam show at least once a week ... I think this will really effect retention and even though we pay $30 PPS or affiliates also get %25 recurring for life ... the recurring is where we make our money so updating a lot and keeping the surfer is very important to us ... :thumbsup
