I've been quiet on the boards for a long ass time but now you call me a liar the one time I bring it up.

I paid for a designer well over a year ago that quit working for you the same week. I was promised a replacement and all that good shit but was then told that your partner took over the company. I was then told that anything I had paid up to that point he wasn't going to take care of. If he had even cared to ask he would have seen that I was a returning customer and taken care of it to keep my business. Instead, I'm out $845. I paid less than full price because I referred someone else to xxxoutsourcing.com.


Like I said in the other thread, take care of it and I will gladly post here saying you did. $422.50 to do the right think isn't asking for much. In the other thread you said I was full of shit yet there is still work of mine in your portfolio. :1orglaugh

If that's true, I think you are a whore for settling this less than half you paid.

Ask for all your money back + interests.

Ask for full money not half.

It's been 1.5 years. If I get $422 back I'll deal with it. It's not like he lives somewhere that he can be sued with any effect.
