We should bow to Lensman and Lars too as they predicted the possibility of a real estate bust. Guess the fuck what was announced on Saturday? Due to Katrina interest rates will rise because gas and supplying gas is taking a huge hit. Hence, no extra money for buying homes, thus price drop coming soon.
