From vancouver ibill's cmi is down as well as all pages (really really really slow or down).

All other sites I visit work ok.

I am not even going to pretend I know what you are talking about. But would you care to elaborate? I was unaware I could access the CMI via Google.

google caches almost every single page on the web. Checking google's cache you can see how the site was when the spider visited it.

Even when you can't access a site, you still can see how it was when google's bot visited it. Of course you can't access the stats :)

sites with increased link popularity are spidered almost every day. So if you check msn's cache you can see previous days news or some times even the current news.
