AB Energizer Belt products work?
Hey, I need to get a six pack going or at least tighter abs. I was thinking about getting one of those ab belts that send electronic pulses or whatever. Anyone tried these, and do they work?
I've got a bowflex and that's working well, but I can't seem to lose the gut no matter how many crunches and situps I do. |

I have one but I don't use it for buidling tighter abs...I use it to work the muscles in my lower back and legs etc.
And it works. It has really helped my lower back problems to the point that the pain is non-existent. I use it once a day and noticed the results immediately after using it the first time. But as far as building up muscles etc...I don't know about that. eros |

I bought one and im testing it on my dog for the next few days. See how he likes it.
Its on him most of the day on full blast. He doesnt seem to mind too much. But he did shit on the wall today. |

You're right, I shouldn't have said "just as important", but strength training will drastically increase your weight loss. Stronger muscles use more energy. But cardio is the essential part.
But I'm not preaching... I'd be a hypocrite. |

No seriously, I have been looking at those too, but I'm not sure it will help me lose 50 pounds, but it may help out my back. I alos used these when I was going to physical therapy on my arm after I broke it, can't imagine these battery operated deals are anywhere near as strong as the ones you plug into the wall? Must eat 10 batteries a day. |

I did cardio kickboxing one day a week in my kung fu class... not nearly as fun as kung fu... and the kung fu itself was pretty physical. Just learn kung fu (especially hung gar/choy lay fut).
