Would this be a nuclear power plant? (PIC)
Is this a nuclear power plant? I wouldn?t know, don?t know what those things look like. I do know however, we have some!

looks like one, can't say it for sure
90% sure.. not because of the chimneys.. but because of the round Breast shaped building behind them.. nuclear reactors allways look that way
That certainly is a nuclear power plant!
Well thats kinda cool then. My first nuclear powerplant :)
yes it is.
that shows a nuclear power plant...

Yes and you win a prize.. If you live anywhere close to it, your kid gets to have a extra arm..
If you have the healthy green glow in the dark I would say it is a nuclear power plant
yup it is the pipes are to cool off the water thats used
go ahead and jump right in
are you planning a terrorist attack?????????
I think so
Is it by somekind of water? They need water to cool the reactors. Sometimes they even build man made lakes for them.
Yep - the round headed building is the containment building that actually houses the reactor - the two cooling towers cool the clean water on the condensers for the generator turbines - normally there would be another containment building for the second reactor as there is usually only one cooling tower per turbine building

yeah.. looks beautiful dont you think ?
Palo Verde Nuclear Plant is about 40-50 miles outside of Phoenix
Nuclear power is a pretty cool thing. Let?s see how it pans out in the future. We for a couple here in Germany, but they are not allowing any new ones to be built.
i live 10 miles from a nuclear plant. i moved away from nyc to get away from potential attacks only to move within a 5 min contamination radius if that plant ever has a melt down.
looks like it could be one not sure though

it works the same as the coal plants |
Ever hear of the fussion reactors?
I know they have one but I think it requires more energy then it can actually produce. But if they ever figured it out right it would be amazing. |
Well, I should have made a poll... but... most of you guys say it is one.. so... I will just leave it at that! :) Thanks

It does look like one.
Yes........ that be a nuker !
itīs a nuclear plant...not doubt, you can even see where the reactor is housed
Sure looks like one, but I have no clue!!
anyway..itīs a nice pic, radioactivity is a weird thing
We have one right by us...looks just like that. It is entirely steam. Clean burning coal I guess.
Haven't you seen where Homer works?
Matt |

Homer saved Springfield from a meltdown once. Matt |
Ever seen the Simpsons? Thats definately a plant!
yes the dome is the reactor & the 2 chimneys are the cooling towers
we have one on the lake i fish at....if you fish right at the release dam (where warm water is released) the fish bite like nuts their all clean & healthy ....way healthier than any river/ocean fish i've seen |
yep that's one !
i can't imagine what of of protection these plants have against terrorists?
:smokin |
Yes, Virginia, that is a nuclear power plant.
The dome building is the reactor and containment vessel. The concave buildings are cooling towers. |

I'm not sure if it is but I think so...
go throw rocks at it
P.S. it looks like the ones in the simpsons, so i'm going to have to say yes :1orglaugh |

100% sure

I?d say Germans take the security of their power plants, especially the nuclear ones. Pretty serious setup they seemed to have. |

Only by-product that it creates is basically purified carbonated water and a non leaching slag. Metals can be bricked and recycled. This will also break everything down to its simplest elements. All from a "recycled steal furnace" |
yes, sure
Too risky living near one.
It's obviousl a brothel and the dome is in the shape of a tit to bring in the customers. Get naked and go knock i'm sure they will let you in for some action:)
Wow, this nuclear power plant is getting a lot of attention. Keep the fusion going!
